• Treatments - A cancellation fee of 50% is charged if the treatment is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the booking.
• Half & Full Day Packages - Payment to be made in full to confirm your reservation.
  Should you wish to cancel your package within 7 days of your booking, the charge is non-refundable but transferable.
